Does Residential Connections charge me for using their services?

Residential Connections does not charge its customers for using its services. It’s a free service provided to the customers to assist with choosing the most suitable energy provider free of charge.

Are there exit fees with my current supplier?

Exit fees (sometimes called termination fees) are subject to the retailer you’re associated with and to the period of switch. If you’re currently on an open contract then you may not have to pay an exit fee. However, if you’re on a contract then there is a possibility that you may incur an exit fee.

Will my new retailer charge me to make a switch?

You will not incur a charge to switch to a new retailer, unless you’re moving home. A connection fee will be passed, which will appear on your first bill.
