Most of us – 60% according to the Department of Health’s statistics – wish to be healthier. However, not all of us put in the required effort at all times. Sometimes we’ll binge on unhealthy food as a reward for round-the-clock gym sessions. Other times, we’ll try and write off our consumption of low nutritional value snacks on being stressed out, or blame our consumption of sugar-saturated soft drinks on being unable to kick our sugar habit. It’s certainly not uncommon to succumb to peer pressure and have that extra drink, which will rather add to the long term health risk.

When you add up all the above, it transpires that a whopping 79% of us struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This infographic is a worthwhile reminder that we should all do more to stay healthy and well.
